The magician takes the deck out of the box, takes the joker and runs it along the edge of the deck and has the spectator call out "stop," whenever he/she feels the urge to do so. The joker is then inserted into the deck at that point, the card above the joker is looked at by the spectator and memorized. The spectator is then asked to name, for the first time out loud, his/her card. The cards are then spread face up on the table and the card just named by the spectator is GONE!!! The magi then gives the box a shake and a card is heard inside rattling around. The box is opened and inside, is the spectator's chosen card!!!
