The magician shows five ESP cards with five different symbols. He also shows five coin envelopes, each with a window cut out of the front. Each envelope is numbered, one through five. On the back of each envelope, the magician writes a "prediction" with a permanent marker. A spectator is asked to name one of the symbols, and is also to tell the magician, in which envelope to place that card. The symbol can also be seen through the cut out window on the front of the envelope. This is done with the other four cards. After all is done, each envelope is turned around to show that the prediction on the back, exactly matches the card inside. Completely free choices by the spectator.
No psychological forces or suggestions, no swami gimmicks, and no stooges.

You hand out a completely normal block of wood for thorough examination. Lean it against a bottle, stand back, and focus your attention and concentration on it. Eventually (Typically in about thirty seconds), the block impossibly falls over...away from the bottle!
